Each order comes with a tracking number. Express shipping typically delivers within 3-7 days of posting). Normal shipping can take up to 28 days at this current time.

Returns

We wish to say thank you for ordering from OI. We love to hear from happy customers receiving their items, and we promise to do our very best to deliver on a great customer experience and product, also making anything right along the way. 

If for any reason an item needs changing, we are pleased to offer store credit in exchange for original purchased item in new condition, within 30 days from receipt of goods. 

• Items purchased from Kiiro may be returned for store credit within 30 days of receiving item, and in original condition with packaging.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of Kiiro.
• If you are not satisfied with your order, please email hello@kiiro.design within 30 days providing evidence and we will email return instructions or deal with any other issues that may arise.

If taxes & duties are incurred

Kiiro is unable to estimate or cover customs on international shipping. International customers are responsible for any possible duties and/or taxes should they be incurred at the countries port of entry if any. Contact your local authority if you are unsure.
